With a strong focus on client relationships and business growth, I work closely with the sales manager, our clients & developers. From product demonstrations, on-boarding clients (Zero Accounting Quotation & Invoicing), analysing business structures & workflows (to guide the Road Warrior Application levels), to managing, training, and supporting our clients I add value in all touch points of the business. Technically the role involved upkeeping the live virtual machines through Azure & SQL script data handling. With monthly KPI reports, the role required fully understanding each client to successfully create sustainable business relationships while growing the business through upselling of additional features.

This target driven role included the day to day running of the servicefunction, from inspection, diagnostic, authorisations’ and continuousclient updates, while upholding a high CSI rating, with my professionaland friendly personality.My function included online warranty authorisations’ specificallydealing with Motorite, Avis, etc. Additionally, my duties includedaddressing and handling customer complaints and resolutions as wellas assisting in managing the department in the absence of the servicemanager.I was also selected to be the Health and Safety officer during myemployment, due to my attention to detail and work ethic, ensuring theHealth and Safety Standards were met compliantly.

My roll involved the daily running of the workshop and ensuring that allemployees carried out their specific duties.To meet the daily business targets, I was tasked with heading up theServices Advisor portfolio to ensure that all clients’ needs, andrequirements were met to the standard that the business expected.Additionally, my day-to-day duties included continuous updates for theclients on the status of their vehicles. This was achieved througheffective communication with the workshop (foreman & technicians) toensure the vehicles were ready on time.I also managed the invoicing/costing job cards on the ADP Kerridge &Automate systems to complete the service cycle up until the point thevehicles were handed over to the clients satisfactorily.
