Born into a Zululand farming family, I have been working in the Sugar Cane industry since the early 2000's and in the recent 4 years been farming with Macadamias.I have been a Manager for the past 20 years and am currently managing a land reform farm of 786 hectares under cane and 12 hectares of macadamia - total 996 hectares. Managing 250 staff currently (in season). I have been closely involved in my community as Charmain of Zululand Planters Association (8 years), Chairman of Local P&D (10 years), Security and Farmwatch Chairman (10 years), Mill Group Board Member (8 years), Member of Local Grower Council (8 years), Admin & Finance Committee and Co-Chairman of Uthungulu District Land Reform Committee). I have also been the Chairmain/Treasurer of the Amatikulu Ski Boat .
