Working in this role I gained experience in Ubuntu operating systems, and debian packaging, as well as the Asterisk telephony engine. I became accustomed to CRM systems and subversion document/software versioning. I also developed less quantifiable skills in developing a technical training syllabus and conducting training events for groups of technician's responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining Far South Networks PBX systems in the field.
