CurrentOperational and fiscal oversight of a 36 hole resort private golf facility in the Vail Valley of Colorado that generates approximately $9 million in gross revenue. All encompassing, leadership and management of two different models which includes a high end private club operation serving 225 club members and a destination resort operation with guests staying at approximately 40 hotels in Vail or Beaver Creek Village. Leadership responsibilities include 140 full time year around and seasonal team members across ten departments. Business accomplishments include:- Recruited, developed, and retained a cohesive and high performing team of departmental leaders, as well as key seasonal employees- Conducted a member demographics and usage study to identify risks and opportunities- Modernized prospective member programming to attract future club members and to stabilize the club business, as well as fiscal performance- Constructed a five year strategic plan that drives capital projects and club modernization - Redefined a collaborative club governance system which includes: company leadership, a member advisory board, and multiple club committee's- Elevated service levels through the implementation of a new annual member survey, which then directs future operating plans, scheduling, and club member experiences- Reimagined club wide communication- Executed all capital projects on time and within 1% of the allocated spend- Annually hosted the Golf week Red Sky Cup Division 1 Women's Collegiate Invitational- Recognized by Golf Digest as the 100 Greatest You Can Play, Best in State, Top 10 Inland- Awarded in 2024 as the Best Private Mountain Club by Avid Golfer CAGGY Awards
