I am a driven, creative and enthusiastic leader who is passionate about connecting with people and the world around me. My hope is to put my relational skills, adaptability, strong work ethic, and lateral thinking to good use for the betterment of my team while always prioritizing my values of maintaining self-accountability, aiming to do the right thing and working towards growth.With years of experience as a coach, instructor and/or teacher, I have been working to improve my abilities to communicate ideas, relay information and concepts, develop plans, elicit creative problem-solving and provoke commonsensical thinking skills. Being a teacher and instructor has allowed me to put my talent for working with children towards the greater good of inspiring a thirst for knowledge, desire for understanding and dedication to self improvement.In academic, personal, and professional settings alike, I find myself standing out as a natural-born leader. As a leader in a professional setting, I strive to identify and harness the strengths of each team member and offer constructive criticism to yield the best possible results. It is thanks to my innate attention to detail, desire for organization and growth and creative mind that I can easily find opportunities to refine systems and processes and curate the most efficient and logical solutions to problems. Similarly, my dedication to embrace different learning styles allows me to communicate effectively and appeal to oral, visual, and written learners alike.I am proud to prioritize learning through hands-on experience as I believe that we all learn best by doing! With this value in mind, I have challenged myself by working at an inner city middle school at the age of 19, solo traveling Europe as a 20 year old, and ultimately, taking risks by paving my own path. Because of this mindset, I embrace obstacles with open arms, push myself to do things outside of my comfort zone and am always open to try new experiences.
