• Train and coach new/existing staff (All positions) on the use of newproducts and tools and/or selling programs as well asduties/procedures and functionality of internal systems.• Perform duties on Register, Print center, Sales floor, Tech Station, andFurniture. While assisting employees and customers as needed.• Run diagnosis, repair/troubleshoot computers effectively.• Proactively acknowledge and engage with customers to ensure apositive customer experience.• Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers aboutadditional products and services that are needed to ensure seamlessfunctionality for the equipment and products purchased.• Assist customers in purchasing Windows-based computers that willsupport their needs.• Assist customers with computer-related issues/questions.
