CALM is a research study, a collaboration between Deakin University and the Three Seas Psychology Group, aims to investigate the relationships between coaching practice, leadership development and motivation. The research study that I was involved in examined if there was a difference in motivation and coaching outcomes between standard-supportive coaching (coach-driven coaching) and autonomy-supportive coaching (coachee-driven coaching).- Coached multiple research participants and assisted them in reaching their coaching goals (eg. leadership development and job seeking)- Logistics Manager * Tracked participant progress through the research study * Maintained coach and coachee engagement * Invited participants to complete surveys * Managed the data collection and profiled the data to maintain quality assurance

- Assisted with a organisational restructure of psychology personnel within the Mental Health Program- Developed an in-house supervision model to fairly distribute supervision hours among psychologists, whilst ensuring every psychologist received supervision from a more experienced practitioner.- Prepared survey data (cleaning and data analysis) for a publishable manuscript.- Surveyed the research literature to inform a culture change intervention- Developed Position Descriptions for newly developed leadership roles who will lead the organisational restructure and culture change
