Summary.Force protection Instructor.Whilst as a Regiment Gunner I have done many operations both foreign and domestic which some roles include providing up to date operational guidance and teaching to the ground and air forces of RAF Waddington. This consists of re-evaluating operational criteria, analysing data and improving operational effectiveness by training and rewriting manuals and ultimately saving lives.Also using NATO sourced intelligence and my own experience, my team train and instruct the entire ISTAR(Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance) Force, ready to deploy to every theatre in the world. Ranging from Small Arms training and First Aid to Counter Terrorism and Counter IED Detection Courses, skills and experience are passed on to all staff from junior ranks to senior officers. This is in addition to the yearly training schedule that covers Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radioactive courses for over five thousand staff.Also instruct first aid for companies such as Rolls Royce, Highfields , and NUCO to mention some of the companies.
