I held regular management & staff meetings & was responsible for all aspects of HR from recruitment to contract termination.• Head of accounts - Using Sage Sterling I had complete control of the accounts up to audit, including P&L, trial balance & credit control. I would undertake monthly payroll exercises for all the staff using Sage Payroll software.• Projects supervisor - During the rapid expansion of the company I was responsible for research & development of the infrastructure. New software, hardware & training was constantly monitored to enable the firm to run at maximum efficiency using the best available tools.Other responsibilities• Marketing - I was responsible for all marketing including brochures & point of sale displays.
