I am currently pursuing my passion for data analysis and financial information through my studies of accounting and business analytics at the University of Delaware. I am currently involved in several student organizations through the Accounting Students Association, Blue Hen Business Leaders club, and the Blue Hen Data Analytics club. These organizations allow me to improve my networking and technical skills along with gaining overall business knowledge outside of the classroom. I also currently work as a part time banquet server for the Dupont Country Club while doing yard work as a side hustle. My work and high school experience allowed me to develop various skills including data analysis, proficiency in google applications, and customer service. My college experiences thus far has allowed me to gain more skills that include Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and many key interpersonal business skills. I look to gain more of these skills throughout my college courses and involvement in student organizations. My resilience and curiosity to understanding business is what drives me to graduate college with a strong skill set along with deep knowledge in accounting and business analytics. After graduation, I want to become a CPA and use my background in accounting and business analytics to help companies grow financially.
