Working on a collaborative team to support the university’s Digital Flagship initiative (go.osu.edu/digitalflagship), specifically focusing on the overall student experience, student advocacy, and student-focused events. I work directly with students to integrate Digital Flagship into their Ohio State experience with a goal of improving academic and professional use of technology. I also coordinate the training, management and engagement of Digital Flagship student employees as well as the engagement of students across the Office of Distance Education and E-Learning and the broader university who are contributing to the Digital Flagship initiative. Additionally, I lead the research and data collection of the project by collaborating with teams across the University to integrate into surveys to determine the effectiveness of technology and education.

The core responsibility of the Stewardship Associate is to assist the Stewardship Coordinator in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on alumni, donors, and friends of The Ohio State University, including both biographical information and charitable donations made to the university. Specific roles include assisting with alumni and donor related stewardship and programming; communicating effectively with donors, development officers, and internal and external customers both verbally and in writing to ensure accurate record keeping and continuous customer satisfaction; understanding and utilizing processing tools including The Advancement System (TAS) database as well as Microsoft Office programs for recording information; generating lists on behalf of programmers and development officers to assist in program planning and donor solicitation; providing excellent and prompt customer service; assisting with stewardship reports and proposals.
