I'm an Industrial-Organizational psychologist (Ph.D.) with an extensive background in data science/statistics, assessment/psychometrics, mental health/well-being research, and employee behavior.I currently work with Dr. Angela Duckworth, professor at the University of Pennsylvania and co-director of Wharton People Analytics. Collaborating with scientists and policy-experts (from the World Bank, Harvard, etc.), I lead projects measuring the socioeconomic conditions and mental health of adolescent around the U.S. We then link these conditions to key outcomes, like GPA and thriving.Prior to that, I worked as the research scientist for the Institute for the Study of Human Flourishing (University of Oklahoma). There, I designed and empirically evaluated interventions for improving well-being in the community and university.
