Andrew is based in South East Queensland in the role of Executive Program Director and is a key leader of Jacobs’ Asia Pacific program team, which ties into Jacobs’ globally connected program team.Andrew’s key focus is establishment and delivery of major programs and supporting the wider Jacobs team with industry insight and leadership. Andy’s mission is to create exceptional value and outcomes for Jacobs clients.Andrew was instrumental in setting up and establishing the structure and composition of the Expo 2020 PMO and delivery teams including integration of capability within the client teams. In addition, Andrew's official role as VP Commercial provided leadership in establishment of contract models, delivery programming, approach to risk apportionment, controls processes and procedures, and reporting, including cashflow and costs.

Over the course of a 21 year career with Mace (International) Andrew has undertook increasingly challenging and complex roles rising from a project manager through to executive director on one of the largest program management assignments in the world.
