I am a self-motivated person with a strong leading character and a passionate heart. Since 2008, I have been in the business of media production, which I greatly enjoy.It started as a volunteering activity for NGOs then it grew bigger to become a whole life and a career.For years, I have been conceptualising and creating themes for annual and semi-annual NGO events and festivals attended by thousands of people from different age groups and different interests. Along with a team designers who I guided, we created dozens of artwork pieces including designs, logos, campaigns, slogans, musicals, photos and videos.. It was the passion I put into this volunteering work that made me realise this is where my heart is. I have done freelance work since I was still an undergraduate. But my organised company work started almost five years ago as I established Kozmans Creative Studio. Our studio has an impressive portfolio of designs, logos, branding campaigns, copywriting, music writing, photos and videos for dozens of companies as well as international institutions. I have also helped several companies shape their identity and market presence (name, theme selection and brand personality) with digital and offline marketing. Along with our Kozmans Creative Studio production, I work as an Art Director in amg Advertising, guiding and mentoring a group of designers to produce the best output, and conceptualising different campaigns. I have hands-on technical experience in graphic design software which I used to give training courses on. Since 2010, I have also been working as a professional photographer with my brand name Andrew Kozman Photodesign.
