I consider myself to be a motivated, passionate and energetic team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, enhanced by an excellent work ethic and confidence in learning and taking on board comments and actions made by those around me. I enjoy engaging with a team, and working with others to achieve the demands of the role in question. I feel that my leadership and communication skills have been developed to an optimum level, and I am always on the lookout for ways to improve. My time away from sea has been office based, and has built up my administrate skills to a very high level. Combining my skills and experiences in previous roles I feel that I am now in an excellent position to take on a career in an operational managerial role.
