About Andrew Lazarus

I am a qualified Mechanical Engineer (Meng) actively working towards Chartership. Having previously trained and practised as a hospital doctor, I made the decision in 2017 to pursue a long-term interest in Mechanical Engineering and returned to the University of Glasgow. Since graduating in 2022 I have worked for Scottish Water as an engineering graduate. This has provided an opportunity to develop my engineering competencies rotating through the business spending time working in the following areas: Scottish Water’s delivery team as a project manager, Scottish Water Horizons Hydro-development team, Scottish Water’s Technical Support and Assurance department and on secondment at WGM Engineering technical and design department.
