I was a metal dresser at Bi Fab, I used various handheld grinding equipment to prep metal prior to welding, after welding had been done I dressed the welds of all imperfections for inspection.

I was a crane driver within Metaltek Sandusky, my main duties were loading and unloading horizontal boring machines and lathes within the machine shop. In the foundry department I helped with the transfer of the molten metal from the furnaces to the casting mould. Doing this job requires focus and a high level of health and safety awareness.

I was involved in the day to day running of the specialist Truflo coater. Testing paper quality and fault finding, working closely with Team Leaders to rectify and correct any machine errors. General machine maintenance and cleaning, loading and unloading of the paper rolls the the transporter to the machine and transferring finished rolls to the winder using the overhead crane.
