Demonstrate collaborative communication with our members and fellow associates.  Greet members, exhibit empathy, and take necessary action to address various issues, in addition to handling the technical aspects of the situation.  Communicate recommendations and/or next steps to AAA members effectively and thoroughly.  Assist in the onboarding/mentorship of new associates.Provide a member experience that exceeds their expectations through safe and best-in-class minor auto repair solutions. Maintain service vehicles and keeps equipment in good, safe working order and to cleanliness standards.  Deliver safe, damage-free, high-quality member service.  Participate in the resolution of member complaints related to roadside service requests.Understand and perform job requirements following established policies, procedures, and guidelines relating to battery service performance, productivity, and availability.  Provide basic automotive solutions to members.  Participate in training to remain best in class and grow skills and knowledge.Exhibit both professional and safe driving habits taking the necessary steps to decrease risks to our members, the organization and themselves. Adhere to established safety procedures in daily work.
