I began my 20+ years career in hospitality as a 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲 in 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙊 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥 and 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙃𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙨 & 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨 in Europe and Asia. The experience solidified my foundation in on-ground operations and sparked my interest in creating memorable experiences for guests. I went on to lead the 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥 as its 𝗖𝗢𝗢, successfully growing the brand to a premium lifestyle group with multiple F&B concepts in just two years. In my next role as the 𝗩𝗣 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙&𝗕 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘀 with 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙜, I had the opportunity to work directly with the group’s owners in developing the Nightlife/Entertainment vertical, designing new experiences, and forging partnerships to capture new audience segments with great success. I’ve also spearheaded the high-profile acquisition of the iconic Zouk nightclub and ZoukOut event arm in Singapore. Presently, I’m the 𝗖𝗘𝗢 of 𝙕𝙤𝙪𝙠 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥, where I lead a team of 500 across SG, MY, LV, and JP in establishing Zouk as a global lifestyle and hospitality brand. I’m hands-on in all aspects of operations, business development, marketing, and strategic business expansion plans. I thrive on tackling professional challenges head-on and attribute the brand’s achievements to the supportive, talented, and motivated team I work with. Outside of work, staying active and grounded keeps me rejuvenated and sharp. I’ve completed several Ironman 70.3 races, pushing my personal limits. In addition, I like starting my day with meditation and an hour of exercise before hitting the ground running.I look forward to connecting and engaging with fellow professionals in the hospitality & lifestyle sector.
