This role requires remote monitoring and control of large gas and diesel generators on a 24/7 basis. Alongside the main duties, I have also implemented a new job management system to encompass and collate information previously spread across multiple different platforms. I have also been instrumental in process improvement and have worked closely with colleges in both my department and others to ensure that all work is as efficient and thorough as possible.Where possible technical support and advice is given to the customers to allow a minimal amount of downtime for the assets with the aim to be that there is never any unallocated or unauthorised downtime.
