I work with Dan Gillham in the Client Services team as a Quality Assurance Analysts.In my role I facilitate a supportive function providing insight & coaching to the Succession Trades team & other teams within the company, including reporting MI to the Board of Directors.I work closely with Financial Advisors, Paraplanning & other Admin roles along with members of Compliance to help provide an efficient & effective client journey. In my time with Succession I have also supported both the Client Redress & Complaints.

Our team of around 10 members had to follow strict Financial audit processes & I was heavily involved keeping the team compliant in a FCA regulated environment. This peaked my interest in Financial services which lead me to my current role with Succession.
