• Maintain and manage the PCI staging site including creating and quality checking batches for all billing and communications sent to merchants.• Test the PCI portal, report any errors and create a detailed documentation of usability and any issues that may occur.• Create and update all user guides and training manuals with relation to the PCI Staging and PCI portal.• Process any change requests, waivers and amendments that are requested in relation to PCI billing.• Creating and following up all PCI related cases for AIBMS clients along with resolving any high end or escalated complaints from both Sysnet and AIBMS.• Provide detailed daily, weekly and monthly progress and finance reports for multiple departments along with providing projection reports for senior management. • Create and process all correspondence to new and existing PCI merchants as well as monitoring and creating content for merchant communications throughout all mediums (phone, letter, e-mail) along with face to face presentations.

• Working with solicitors in relation to tracking and validation of title deeds.• Locating and organising of the banks title deeds.• Working with Debt management fraud operations in relation to client mortgages and solicitors undertakings.• Working to ensure charges are present on high arrears accounts and liaising with panel solicitors in relation to same.• I have also worked on various projects and presentations within the DMC which resulted in me earning the employee of the month and also the Ulster Bank Employee of the quarter which was the first time this honour was ever awarded to a non permanent member of staff
• Process all new incoming fax and phone orders from vendors for all of Australia• Liaise with Territory Reps to organise promotions and customer inquires• Territory manager for Western Australia, being the contact point for all pharmacy's in that area with relation to any problems or inquires they might have• Creating promotional flyers on word and power-point and organising them to be sent out to the clients through fax houses, Phone and E-mail• Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the various department and product managers• Running the weekly updates meeting, providing sales charts and projected sales figures, Fielding questions and inquiries from the product managers and department heads.• Liaising with wholesalers with regards to product orders and information for clients, Weekly phone conferences with wholesales to discuss upcoming promotions and to insure efficiency and quality control for our client
