Responsible for finance and investments function of PNG's largest industry superannuation fund. My role involves the traditional responsibilities of a CFO and CIO.Achievements include delivery of accounts on time and crediting rates to members of 10 and 11% for 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Am taking on the additional Acting CEO responsibilities, till end October 2013, while the CEO is on extended Study Leave.

Accomplishments: Top performance in 5 of 7 years, grew FUM from $0.2bn to $2bn;My primary focus at the end of my time at UBS was as a Portfolio Manager responsible for the day to day management and co-ordination of various Real Estate client portfolios. These portfolios peaked in value at AUD 2bn. Responsibilities include analysis of various real estate markets, portfolio strategy, portfolio construction, portfolio monitoring / tracking, compliance, and financial analysis of the underlying Real Estate Investment Trusts. I also served on the Management Committee and Investment Committee of the Global Real Estate Securities business and the Investment Committee for the broader Australian businesses (including equities and fixed interest). During my earlier employment at UBS as part of the broader equities team I was also the analyst assigned to cover, as well as real estate, the infrastructure and utilities sectors for varying amounts of time.In addition to my primary focus as Portfolio Manager, I also had responsibilities with respect to managing Client Relationships and Product Development.

Accomplishments: Ranked analyst, provided major analyst support/marketing in successful GPT/AOF takeover of DPT: Primary focus was the development and maintenance of models to ensure accurate buy/sell calls and communication of this (written and verbal) to clients.

Accomplishments: Major change in company model to enable more flexibility and accountability for various portfolio managers. Part of Successful team in merger of GEM funds.Maintenance and development of the GPT financial model, which was a fully integrated profit and loss, cash-flow and balance sheet model.Specific tasks included:Updating forecasting model on a monthly basis due to changes in individual asset income levels, interest costs etc;Modelling acquisitions/divestments of assets;Modelling M&A (eg GEM acquisition);Monitoring of forecasting of various real estate markets;Liquidity monitoring;
