An unexpected change in personal circumstances lead me to provide care to my mother full-time.Despite the hardship, I have developed various transferable skills such as communication, independence, and responsibility.Controlling family finances, arranging travel, and organising appointments were just some of the tasks that have contributed to my personal growth over this period.My emotional intelligence and appreciation of responsibility now define who I am as a person.

This experience allowed me to shadow some of Barclays leading employees, to more deeply understand the role of customer service. My position involved solving problems and building relationships with clients which developed my ability to confidently deliver information to a variety of audiences.
