- Responsible for profitable growth of support contract order book through existing client base.- Own the contract renewal process for assigned accounts and work with operations team to ensure renewal process starts 3 months in advance- Develop strong multi-tier client relationships in allocated accounts in order to maximise the sales opportunities- Produce and work to detailed account plans in order for Line Manager and Directors to understand the Account Strategy- Develop product life cycle plans in order to maximise long-term sales opportunities- Quote for contract uplift, new sites, new services and field quotes in line with SSE's Commercial Standards- Provide monthly reporting including forecasting for contract renewals, new contracts, uplifts and field quotes
