I am an experienced sports lecturer and study programme manager at Yeovil College. I take tremendous pride in my ability to engage and develop students of all abilities in a social and academic context. A consistently Outstanding lecturer with 15 years experience in post 16 Education, delivering from level 2 sport through to Foundation Degree level. I manage a grade 1 course that regularly surpasses national benchmarks for retention, success and achievement. My current research interests are the impacts of new technology on the provision of coaching and the impact of different feedback strategies on learning at FE.
