CurrentProvide World Omni Financial Corp and third party clients Collection and Recovery strategy and analytical support to minimize delinquency and loss• Manage the portfolio risk analyses for all clients "Owned and Managed"• Manage the credit risk reporting used to monitor and track portfolio performance• Responsible for all Strata Enterprise administration and Functional Design documentation; for implementation and auditing purposes• Innovate, build and implement new Champion/Challenger risk strategies - Owned and Client Managed• Develop Associates to become Subject Matter Experts in Collection Strategies and Reporting and Strata Administration• Manage Associates that maintain, change and update Strata strategies• Responsible for managing production and ad-hoc Collection and Loss reporting• Manage new and updated scorecard development by statistical resources internal and external• Maintain successful working relationship with Collection Center Management to ensure strategies in Active and Recovery portfolios mitigate risk and loss• Present to Senor Management and CenterOne clients Collection and Recovery strategies and portfolio performance• Work with third party data management and external vendor relations including credit bureaus, alternative data providers and analytical solution providers to evaluate new products with a focus on providing a lift to the portfolio performance or lowering risk• Assume more responsibilities around analyses of loss to liquidation, loss timing curves, loss frequency and severity reporting and forecasting, and pre-payment rate modeling and reporting• Work with Director of Risk Management to build and mentor risk management Associates
