• Support the development, evaluation, revision, and enhancement of training curricula and courseware• Conduct research to ensure curricula content is thorough, relevant, accurate, and current with respect to JetBlue policies and procedures• Conduct needs analyses and training feedback evaluation• Assist with the development and delivery of Train the Trainer and Evaluator calibration sessions • Prepare project proposals and plans related to project assignments• Maintain any applicable Inflight qualifications and currency

Temporary Duty assignment to support College of Inflight leadership team.

-Completed eight full contracts (4 - 5 months each) on board H.A.L. ships; ms Ryndam, ms Westerdam, ms Oosterdam, ms Noordam, and the ms Maasdam.-Head of the Entertainment Department (30-40 personnel).-Designed, facilitated and implemented daily program (activities and entertainment) for up to 2100 guests on a variety of itineraries around the globe. -Have successfully programmed longer cruises (four Trans-Atlantic voyages and three Panama Canal voyages; anywhere from 15 - 23 days).
