Coach, train, and develop a staff of 24 full life cycle recruiters in 5 geographically dispersed recruiting stations. Provides the planning and supervision of all recruiting operations within the 23,000 square miles of operations. - Controll and synchronize facilities, equipment and vehicles valued over $1,500,000; assists leadership in planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities that supports the departments mission. - Promotes community awareness and support for the Army and its recruiting goals.- Influence direct reports to maintain a 100%-operational capacity, compliance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE).

Served as the Senior Army Liaison in a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) for applicants from 42 recruiting stations and is the senior liaison for commanders from US Army Reserve units covering all the units in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and DC; reviews each applicants mental moral and physical qualifications to assure they meet recruiting standards; selects optimum military occupational specialty for enlistment based on the Army's need and the applicants interests; affects enlistment contracts for new enlistees and incentive contracts of up to $40,000 per qualified enlistee.

Led, trained, and motivated a recruiting and talent acquisition office that consisted of a total of 10 personnel. Conducted market intelligence, created and implemented recruiting prospecting plans, conducted quality control and quality assurance interviews of recruited candidates prior to on-boarding. Coached, mentored, and supported recruiting and talent acquisition professionals through written performance appraisals and training programs. Commanded over 2,995 square miles of territory encompassing 16 secondary schools and 3 post-secondary institutions: overall responsible for the professional development, morale, health, welfare, and discipline of Soldiers; implemented and maintained the recruiting station management system as well maintained control and accountability of government property valued at $400,000.

Served as the Army's ambassador within the community; recruited, determined applicant enlistment eligibility, counseled applicants on enlistment programs and options, prepared enlistment applications, and processes qualified applicants to enlist in the Army; accounted for and prepared Future Soldiers for initial entry training; implemented and conducted Army awareness programs throughout an area covering 240 square miles with a population of 247,000; maintained a network of influencers to include parents, educators, and community officials in 12 high schools and 4 colleges; was responsible for $50,000 worth of Government equipment.
