• Dealing with worldwide customers on a daily basis via telephone/e-mail.•Daily updating of CRM system.• Keeping close contact with buyers arranging face to face meetings.• Take calls to do with products sold, often arrange for products to be sent out. • Negotiating price and processing orders for manufacturing. • Good experience of working with warehouse and despatch functions. • Also a role in organising production at times when the production manager needed support.
