• Dedicated CTI Technician. Have successfully lead teams to undertake 500 hours service on Siemens 6 direct drive wind turbines, completing snagging and retrofit.• Successfully built relationships with internal and external customers including Dong Energy, • Investigated and solved problems related to the operation of the turbines, for example changing accumulators, fixing leaks and cooling and hydraulics system.• Provided consistent advice and support to team members whilst leading the team on the 500 hour service• Worked as part of the core team, wiring the navigation lights on TP and undertaking the mechanical completion in the tower nacelle.• Participated in and lead in tool box talks, including communication of safety instructions and lock out/tag out paperwork.• Communicated with Installation Leads with reference to progress on the tower and completion of all required paperwork, ensuring that all safety concerns and significant issues are reported.
