I study Criminology and am an active member of the collegiate Veterans Society

I help Veterans, their dependents and their survivors attain their GI Bill Benefits, Financial Aid, sign up for classes, apply for disability, search for and obtain their medical records, find jobs and find county and state services that can be beneficial to their overall health and welfare. It is a very intrinsically fulfilling job to help people along their path to better themselves in all these ways. We consider ourselves a one stop shop for our students and even our local Veteran community at large who need help.

I studied Criminal Justice, its technologies and practical application. I worked with and for the Collegiate Veterans Society as well as the Santa Fe Veterans Affairs Office.

I fixed riding and push lawn mowers, tillers and bench power tools as a mobile Repair Technician. This included troubleshooting, seasonal maintenance, parts replacement, complete engine teardowns, warranty sales and correspoding with warranty and store managers regarding parts, customer care and product safety information.

As a Security Officer, I was in charge of the safety of the visitors, patients and staff. I was in charge of the lost and found, each seperate wing's patient valubles safe keys and temperature and pressure readings on the enviromental controls when the maintenance staff was not on duty. I was involved with medication assistance with combative patients, situational de-escalation and as a Law Enforcement liason when required. I also inferfaced with the Mental Health Counselors, Nurses, Technicians and Doctors regarding the best patient care and handling as well as the building staff.

As a Rodman, Eyeman and eventually Crew Chief, I was responsible for collecting accurate survey data, operting and maintaining survey equipment and ensuring proper operating procedures were followed for on site operations.
