I have been a professional software engineer since 2002. I invested the first 17 years of my career in civil service as a computer engineer for the National Defense Programs surveillance and Federal Aviation Administration radar engineering programs. I led a team that developed numerous critical applications that support the safety of the flying public, and the sovereignty of the United States air space. I am an expert computer programmer with high level proficiency in C++ and embedded PLC programming. I have experience in a wide variety of computer languages, operating systems, and complex data protocols.In 2019, I decided to apply the skills that I have honed to an entirely different industry, and I became a partner in ONE Therapy Network. ONE takes a cutting edge approach to supporting pediatric therapy providers. Running a healthy clinic is challenging and often lonely, so we created a network of member clinics, and we provide a new and better approach to running pediatric therapy clinics. I have a passion for people and I love building teams that come together to accomplish a mission where everyone wins. One Therapy Network is an "everybody" wins concept. As the head of engineering, I run the technology department, and I am committed to providing robust and effective solutions to scale the innovative business systems on our network.

Development of the ADS included a full translation of NTP from C++ to the IEC61131-3 coding standard to be used on a real-time embedded PLC.-Create thorough pseudo code for complex changes to live radar systems.-Design a schedule that takes into account both customer desires and organizational abilities.-Lead software team to ensure timely completion of all software requirements by hosting regular project reviews.-Identify, manage and track all project issues to ensure complete and competent resolution.-Communicate progress and complications to FAA customers and Section Managers, and provide open dialog to ensure applications are delivered on-time and meet the project scope.-Provide continual and comprehensive risk mitigation, including safety, schedule and budgetary risks.-Provide professional computer engineering expertise to ensure products exceed promised quality and performance.-Delegate tasks to capable individuals to ensure schedules are met.-Define project expectations to software team and elicit input and ideas to produce a robust solution.-Perform a lead role in the full lifecycle development and national deployment of hardware and software tools to support both internal and external customers.-Provide second level engineering support for customers who include interfacing with 80+ FAA radar sites, logistic centers, and the Air Force.-Create Interface Control Documents to map out and design communication between software and hardware.
