I help lead Governance on the platform in addition to helping map out our future growth in this space and continual improvement in the greater ITSM workforce at CoxHealth.-Teletracking is used to track beds and patients throughout the hospital system. Heavily relied on by Nursing Staff, EVS, and Transportation teams, this is an integral software for throughput and daily operations in the health system. - RL6 is where all safety, risk, and feedback reporting is performed. Heavily used by Patient Safety and Legal teams, this software is critical in ensuring any/all patient safety concerns are acknowledged, addressed, and remedied in a timely manner.- Rendezvous is used for scheduling meeting rooms through out the health systems. It allows anyone to access and book meeting rooms, training rooms, or on site workspaces for hybrid and remote workers.

- Function as a Subject Matter Expert and primary IT Resource for a critical Patient Safety application used widely throughout a major hospital system in Springfield, MO. My responsibilities include: Provisioning Users, Modifying User Roles/Scopes, Building Forms, Creating Custom Dashboards, Customizing Alerts and Report Schedules, and helping maintain both the Test and Prod Servers. - Triage tickets in BMC Remedy for 5 of our applications teams, helping to reduce SLA time by ensuring tickets are correctly routed, working as many Tier 1,2, and 3 tickets as possible for said teams, and ensuring correct information is in tickets marked for Senior Solution Architects. - Perform Identity Access Management functions for many different applications. - Manage AD account groups for various applications, access groups, and SCCM installations.
