I am a Support Consultant for a leading ERP system, Agresso Business World. I provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to UNIT4 customers in the resolution of support requests and the completion of a variety of tasks required to support a large international customer base. These included • Provide Remote support to the Unit4 Customer Base via Phone, E-mail and remote dial-in.• Designing and providing solutions to Customers issues via Functional work-rounds or Database scripts and updates.• Providing remote Database corrections to resolve Customer issues.• Providing functional support to Unit4 Implementation Consultants.• Investigated and resolving Financial team’s tickets. • Provided extra support to reduce the Unit4 Worldwide support backlog.• Provide Account Management to Customers in escalation and providing individual issue escalation resolution. • Undertook role of R&D liaison and escalated issues to R&D Director and Consultants to obtain hot-fixes and solutions in ABW releases. • Provide training and coaching support to the junior team members.• Maintain ownership of the more complex issues and take ownership of escalated issues from junior Consultants where appropriate.

My role was to support the project management and implementation and ongoing development of business/e-procurement system for the Purchasing Consortium. These currently include EROS, Cognos, Oracle, Interfacing to Oracle from EROS, NHS Supply Chain – EDC, GHX Nexus Catalogue exchange and order exchange, Tactica, Spend Analytics advisory board. Also to support delivery of the Purchasing and Supply Strategy and service for the Bristol and Weston Consortium Clients (BWPC), to deliver quality and cost efficiencies with a primary focus on value. To provide operational advice, assistance and support on related supply and systems matters to the end-users/managers of BWPC and Clients. Also to analyse and provide reports on purchasing activity and performance.

Providing second line support for Europe and Middle East Asia. Amending web pages using Web Content, updating share portfolios and maintaining logins for online Share information. Designing broadcasts using HTML and sending them out using eCampaigns and a Internal broadcast system. Setting up Electronic Proxy Appointment pages for users to vote at Annual General Meetings. Collating end of month statistics for the Billing department. In addition I have one years experience of setting up wireless networks at Annual General Meetings.
