In this position, I assisted multiple professors in the instruction of professional development courses offered in the Harbert College of Business. Through my interactions with both students and staff at Auburn, I have improved my communication skills as well as my ability to teach. As a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Governors Drive, I had the opportunity to uphold the brand standards of one of the top restaurant chains in America. Serving in a customer-facing role in one of the only drive-thru only (DTO) Chick-fil-a’s in the state, I strived to have a positive impact on customers and employees. I remained flexible in a very fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management in multiple roles in the Front of House. I was responsible for responding to various needs of the Operator, other Team Members, and customers thoroughly, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of those coming into contact with Chick-fil-A.

At Heritage Elementary School, I learned about the education system as well as how children behave in a social setting. During my time at Heritage, I supervised over 90 children from ages 4-12. I also filled out all student files and entered them into the information system used. This position taught me the importance of being able to communicate with all ages.

Summer Show-Offs is a summer camp that teaches children, ages 5-18, how to obtain confidence and character through song and dance. This camp has helped me gain excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership skills by making a connection with both parents and campers. This job has taught me how to work effectively and efficiently on a team and create optimal performance under time restraints.
