About my careerI have more than 15 years’ experience managing multi-million-pound installations. I have gained excellent knowledge in coordinating services and utilities, adhering to regulatory codes and as an H&S leader. The most recent major projects I have managed were 262 High Holborn and 25 Berkeley Square. These were both buildings of multiple levels of CAT A office space. Both buildings had multiple life safety systems and vast LV distribution systems. I am proud of bringing these projects in under budget considering they were thwart with issues from day one. Having problem-solved several design issues and also proud of having successfully collaborated with seven specialist contractors: • Clymac – Fire and security• RJ Vue – Access control• Abbey Fire – Fire and security• Bells Power Solutions – Generator sets• Colt – Smoke vent systems• Comco – Misting system specialists• Mala – Mechanical management company. • Peters Hay Ltd – Design Consultants• ITS Consultancy – Building services consultants Over my career I have demonstrated many transferable skills – above all strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.About how I workHaving been a director and running a successful Electrical Contracting business for over 10 years I have developed resilience, demonstrated determination, patience and the ability to lead and motivate teams. I am a believer in a healthy work/life balance and maintaining fitness and well-being. I love all sports and completed an Iron Man in 2019. I am keen to continue to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
