I finished my Bachelor's Degree in Music Education with a focus in guitar on May 2011. My main instrument is guitar, and I try to stay versatile in all styles of guitar. Some of my styles are Classical, Flamenco, Acoustic, Electric, and Jazz, but I am strongest in the classical, jazz, acoustic, and electric guitar areas. I have had many guitar playing experiences in all kinds of performance situations like the Governor of Georgia's, Sonny Perdue, Mansion Party for Legislatures, the Ryman in Nashville, Tennessee, various weddings and house parties, and the jazz band and chorale program at Tennessee Technological University.It has always been a passion of mine to play in a band of any type of genre or to do studio work with guitar. I love being part of a team and when music is combined with that is where my passion lies. I am always trying to push myself as a guitarist further and further just like music does throughout time. I tend to like all types of music genres and have no preference in what I play, just as long as I get to play. I have always thought that every type of music genre has something to offer whether it be one of Fernando Sor's classical guitar studies or something from the Beatles.
