My professional experience is limited, but the jobs that I have had, I put my all into. My professional career started at 18 years old when I worked for a lawyer as her right hand man. I answered phones, greeted clients, and prepared various legal documents.After this, I went on to work, as a volunteer, for a family friend, the Sheriff of Clare County. As a Special Deputy my responsibilities were much the same as they were when I worked as a paralegal. I answered phones, did some dispatching at the county fair and supervised inmates on when they went out for exercise.One thing that I particularly enjoyed was from the age of 15, I came into Harrison Community High School's nineth grade science class to lecture on the disability that I have called Spina Bifida. I did this off and on for ten years. I hope that my guest lecturing made an impact on some of those kids.My career after the Sheriff's Department led me to a middle school where I was living. Here, at West Intermediate Middle School in Mt. Pleasant Michigan, I performed the duties of lunchroom supervisor. Just as the name suggested, I supervised 600 sixth, seventh and eight graders during their lunch hour and recess.Unfortunately, I had to quit this job due to serious illness. That was 10 years ago and I am at a great place in my life right now. I am the healthiest that I've been in a long time and I'm actively pursuing my education by attending University of Phoenix Online.
