Engineering Manager
Current- People manager of a cross functional team of 7 individual contributors- Prioritization of technical features & those required by product management- Ensuring secure product development practices inclusive of performance, resiliency & reliability considerations- Stakeholder management inclusive of Engineering, Product & Design (UI/UX) leadership teams- Tracking development & success metrics such as cycle time, time to release, work type budgets, SLO/SLIs- Identifying and recruiting talent based on staffing requirements- Mentoring, coaching, goal setting, mediation and career planning
