Leadership:- Led the Agile transformation of the NBN Integration Platform team (distributed between Melbourne and Sydney) from an incorrectly implemented Agile model in a team of 40 to a series of Scrum teams (eventually totalling over 100 people) by implementing a scalable Agile framework.- Defined the Agile practice within the team, setting the standards and promoting a culture based around the principles of Self-Organisation and Collaboration.- Held Agile training sessions to promote the adoption of the new Agile framework.- Mentored and recruited a team of four Agile Scrum Masters. - Implemented and facilitated a daily “Scrum of Scrums” meeting. - Performed the Scrum Master role for one of 5 cross-functional Scrum teams:- Focused on continuous Agile improvement by running a weekly forum for Scrum Masters.- Co-ordinated the Iteration Plans across 5 Scrum teams for timely delivery of the NBN Integration Platform code as part of a larger, company-wide, integrated code release across multiple platforms.

Management:- Facilitated an Agile team during the discovery phase of the decommissioning project for Qantas’ legacy intranet platform as part of an initiative to save the company 2 billion dollars.- Responsible for project reporting, issue escalation, financial tracking, stake-holder management, cost/benefit anaylsis and running daily standups.- Worked with PMO to develop templates for Agile documentation.

- Concurrently facilitated Scrum team and managed small ad-hoc projects. - Performed the Scrum Master role for the middleware development team:- Facilitated a team of 8 engineers (including 3 offshore) in several R&D projects and internal middleware projects for NYSE CMS websites.- Facilitated a team of 5 engineers (as part of a larger team of 25) for 8 months for the ATOS replacement project - migration of backend ETL functionality from old Euronext European Market CMS sites to a new NYSE Euronext ¬¬platform. Overall project saved the company US$3.5M/year.- Managed a team of 6 engineers (onshore and offshore) across different business units for 6 months for the LIFFE EU Data migration project - migration of NYSE application to a new real-time tick data feed.- Facilitated a team of 4 offshore engineers for 2 months using Agile for the ETOR project - an internal NYSE web application for viewing the European Tape of Record.- Proactively assumed additional responsibilities to facilitate a team of 5 engineers for 1 month using Agile for the Future and Options project - migration of European Futures and Option data to a new NYSE Euronext platform. Project saved the company €480k/year and allowed for the continuity of the data feed to customers.

- Led team of offshore Test Analysts to co-ordinate testing activities.- Responsible for overseeing defect management and reporting to executive committee.- Proactively assumed the responsibility of a Business Analyst, permitting the project to start and mitigating risk to the delivery date. - Researched and developed static data content and produced static data scripts.- Developed a solution to allow NYSE CMS sites to support IPOs.- Analysed Agile story card requirements to produce test case documents.- Performed system testing of several NYSE Drupal web sites.
