Andrew Ross (“Ross”) is an experienced entrepreneur, business consultant, security expert, and real estate investor. Having spent the last decade starting and selling companies in the US, he has recently invested in several ventures in Central America. For the last few years, Ross has been buying single-family homes, running them through a very thorough rehab process, and selling them as passive income properties, primarily in the Kansas City and Denver markets. As a true pioneer in his earlier business career, he founded one of the earliest cannabis-specific security companies in the US and built it into a large business operating in half a dozen states with more than two hundred employees at its highest point. Many of the Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.’s) he developed for the industry are still employed today. Ross is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with multiple overseas deployments to the Middle East—Iraq and Afghanistan—where the network, skills, and discipline he uses in business were formed, laying the groundwork for his entrepreneurial career. Volunteering much of his current free time, Ross runs a volunteer school security program where his children attend and is also a volunteer club wrestling coach.
