I have had over 15 years of managing and leading customer service teams in the Association, Financial Services, Charity and Utility Services where the emphasis has been managing the customer experience and producing a one touch resolution environment whilst keeping the customer journey at heart. I am a people manager who has had experience of having accountability for the performance of over 80 members of staff in a multi channel contact centre and also smaller dynamic teams. Biggest strengths include: excellent communication skills with experience of building strong client based relationships and team and budget management and customer insite.I am a dedicated and passionate person, who has the drive and leadership skills to build a highly productive and focused workforce.
