As an Implementation Team Lead I supervise a team of Project Managers and Implementation Associates as they implement our software product with clients. I am responsible for balancing resources, escalation and risk resolution for a portfolio of projects, improving internal processes, on-boarding of new employees, and most importantly building a positive work dynamic for my team members. In this role I have brought new processes and products to our team in an effort to improve transparency and efficiency. This has included implementing new-to-team technologies such as Power BI, Smartsheet, and Toggl applications with the purpose of streamlining workflow and visibility.

As a Project Manager I was responsible for on-boarding new clients as they migrated to our proprietary ERP software platform. This involved building relationships, project planning, product training, risk/escalation management, and strong communication between varying levels of ownership and technical expertise.Helped build new processes internally in order to improve our service to clients as well as increase productivity across the team.
