• Lead and support crew by coordinating daily operations, logistics and planning whilst deployed globally during survey projects, aircraft maintenance periods or ferry of aircraft between locations.• Manage and process airborne FTG Gravity Gradiometric and magnetic data onboard BT-67 Basler (Douglas DC-3 conversion) aircraft survey flights whilst deployed globally. • Writing technical daily reports • Maintaining effective flight pattern during operational survey flights. • Maintaining field databases • Liaising with pilots, in country support agencies, airport management, local and national media, data processing team and clients. • Production of preliminary databases and maps ready for secondary processing. • Set up and 1st level maintenance and troubleshooting of geophysical equipment. • Managing geophysical aspect of airborne survey. • Day to day logistics support whilst deployed for aerial survey operations including project mobilisation and demobilisation. • Calibration and operating geophysical instruments including DAARC, LIDAR, FTG, PICONav, GTZ.• Visit prospective / upcoming project locations to evaluate suitable base of operations and ensure suitable logistics infrastructure will be in place prior to project start
