Direct responsibilities included assembly, disassembly and re-manufacturing of Vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and other household and commercial grade appliances, in addition to reverse engineering of appliances for our R&D department. Also supervised all other Manufacturing Technicians in the department.

Worked as a Crew Lead with a framing crew of 6+ employees with multiple job sites operating at one time. Main responsibilities were to ensure all jobs stayed on schedule, were completed to the high standards of the company and to make sure all homes were built accurately according to the plans. In a addition to working closely with builders to plan future jobs and maintain a clear path of communication to keep things running smoothly.
