For almost 30 years, I have built an extensive career in technology consulting across multiple countries, sectors and industries, planning and executing large-scale, technology-enabled business transformations to deliver substantive and sustainable business value for my clients. I have extensive experience across the full range of business change initiatives, including business solution planning and business case development, complex multi-year, multi-release, multi-vendor full lifecycle projects and IT and Backoffice operations planning, mobilisation, and delivery.Through my career, I have also held a number of client and portfolio leadership and management roles that focused on developing and executing strategies for business growth, internal capability, and overall revenue growth and profitability.The breadth and depth of my career mean I understand what is needed to drive successful business change through technology. I know how to harness technology in a way that delivers innovative, effective and efficient business capabilities aligned to business strategy.
