My career started on the sales floor as a Specialist at Apple, where I provided tailored recommendations to customers based on their unique needs, and helped them go further with their products by giving group workshops on specific use cases. I then transitioned within Apple from Specialist to Genius. Although the day-to-day work of a genius is comprised of creative problem solving by troubleshooting and repairing both hardware & software issues, the crux of the role is repairing and maintaining each customer's relationship with the Apple brand. Coming up with out-of-the-box solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and success was a daily occurrence in the Genius role. I now work as a Data Reconciliation Specialist for Lifebrands D2C, Inc. This role is comprised of a variety of duties - some of these include ensuring that ad media is booked and run correctly by the providers who sell it, projecting media spend based on several information sources to ensure targets are met, and analyzing data from past media to ensure that the ad buying team is able make strategic decisions based on accurate, up-to-date information.
