My Capability: * Engineering design, construction and project management of municipal and green infrastructure projects in the areas of Transportation (traffic, road geometric & pavement, bridges, footpaths), stormwater drainage, public lighting, watercourses & water quality improvement, structures (including earth retaining walls & geotechnical), wastewater management systems (including STEDS), natural resources (native vegetation, evasive species, woodlot, macrophyte re-establishment), environmental (groundwater & contaminated soils).** Specialised skills in water quality management, flood hydraulics & hydrology, and groundwater hydrology.*More than 20 years experience in Strategic Asset Management including management of a wide range of infrastructure asset groups at three Local Government organisations including development and implementation of Asset Management Strategic Plans, Asset Management Policy, Asset Management Strategy, Infrastructure Risk Management Plans, Asset Operational Plans and Asset Maintenance Plans.** Specialised skills in data & information management, condition & performance modelling, optimised life cycle analysis, financial management, maintenance management levels of service.
