I've worked at Take 5 Oil Change for 3 years now. I started as a lube tech and earned my way to shop manger. I've been a shop manger for a little over 2 years now. In those 2 years I've been a shop manger in 3 different districts, 2 different states, started in corporate, than when franchise where I helped train and assisted in helping build the culture, then back in corporate. I've trained some of the brightest people it's been a pleasure meeting. I started at a shop that was averaging 5 cars a day than turned it into a 25 cpd shop. because it's our communities that matter. and I love being part of the community.
